Will be Joined by Local Elected Officials and Experts on Thursday

To provide information to his constituents and answer their questions, United States Congressman Van Taylor will host his sixth free, telephone town hall event at 6:00 PM CT on Thursday, April 30, 2020 to provide an update on government efforts to contain the virus and to answer questions from his constituents.

PLANO - To provide information to his constituents and answer their questions, United States Congressman Van Taylor will host his sixth free, telephone town hall event at 6:00 PM CT on Thursday, April 30, 2020 to provide an update on government efforts to contain the virus and to answer questions from his constituents.

Open to residents of Texas' Third Congressional District, Congressman Taylor will be joined by Collin County Judge Chris Hill, State Senator Angela Paxton State Representative Matt Shaheen, and representatives from the Collin County Department of Public Health. Together, they will provide information and take questions on federal, state, and local efforts to keep Collin County residents safe and healthy.

Residents who wish to participate can sign up online and even submit their questions before the event.

Individuals who do not register before the event, or experience technical difficulties, may also participate in the event and ask questions live online here.

A 7th generation Texan, Van Taylor is a dedicated family man, successful businessman, and decorated Marine Officer. Taylor served Collin County both in the Texas House and Senate. Today, Taylor is proud to serve on the House Committee on Financial Services.
