PLANO - U.S. Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) is now accepting internship applications for the Spring 2020 semester in both his Washington, DC and Collin County offices.

Congressional internships provide valuable insight into the daily functions of government at the federal level. Students gain invaluable work experience while learning about legislative issues, constituent services, public policy, and the inner workings of a Congressional office.

Congressman Taylor stated, "Each semester, I have the honor of selecting students from across the Third Congressional District of Texas to intern in my Washington, DC and Collin County offices. The excitement and energy they bring is an essential part of my Congressional Office and I am excited to welcome the next class of interns to our team!"

Students who wish to be considered for a Spring 2020 Internship in either my Washington, DC or Collin County office must apply online by November 22, 2019. To learn more about Congressional Internships please visit Congressman Taylor's website or contact his office at (972) 202-4150.

A 7th generation Texan, Congressman Van Taylor is a dedicated family man, successful businessman, and decorated Marine Officer. Taylor served Collin County both in the Texas House of Representatives and Texas Senate.
