U.S. State Department Responds to Congressman Van Taylor's RequestAdditional Passport Services to be Made Available to Collin County Residents Next Week
On April 11, 2019, U.S. Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) sent a letter to Assistant Secretary of Consular Affairs at the U.S. State Department regarding the removal of the Collin County District Clerk’s office from the State Department’s acceptable passport facilities and urging the State Department to consider the impact of reduced services on Collin County residents.
PLANO - On April 11, 2019, U.S. Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) sent a letter to Assistant Secretary of Consular Affairs at the U.S. State Department regarding the removal of the Collin County District Clerk’s office from the State Department’s acceptable passport facilities and urging the State Department to consider the impact of reduced services on Collin County residents.In response to Congressman Van Taylor's request, today, the Dallas Passport Office announced additional passport resources for Collin County residents will be made available next week.
